Chester County Community Collaborative

The Chester County Community Collaborative is comprised of dedicated individuals from non-profit agencies and independent interests working for the betterment of single mothers in our area. In 2021, the Collaborative officially incorporated as its own 501c3 non-profit. Individuals from the following organizations are part of the collaborative:

The Chester County Community Collaborative enables the collective resources fo Chester County to empower the underserved. Specifically, the Collaborative is the home of the Chester County Single Mothers’ Conference (SMC) – for whom this application is submitted – and Black Women of Chester County in Action (BWCCA) – whose principals participate in the SMC. We: 

·        Serve as a fiscal agent for approved services and programs that are consistent with our mission, as the collaborative’s resources permit

·        Act as an Advisory Council with an objective ear and non-binding insight

·        Link these services and programs to community resources that can help them achieve their missions
